Operational partnerships are structured so that we share a portion of the costs and revenues and all or some of the property performance management responsibility. If you just want to stop the losses, we can offer partnerships where we bear all of the cost and act as a sub-leasing management agent. In all cases, we bear and share the risk and cost, along with the reward — once we perform. You keep your current equity.

In cases where property ownership is no longer part of your investment strategy we can offer an outright acquisition (with no realtor fees and minimal closing cost). This can be an immediate objective or designed in as an eventual aspect of the operational partnership program.

Jim Stoffer is the Founder of Capital Property Resources, LLC and an experienced real estate investor with more than 30 years of expertise in single-family and multifamily acquisitions, property management, and residential renovations. He also brings over a decade of experience in mortgage loan origination.
Over the course of his career, Jim has successfully acquired, renovated, and sold more than $2 million in residential properties, consistently increasing after-repair value (ARV) through strategic renovation planning, operational efficiency, and disciplined project execution. He currently oversees a portfolio of properties valued at more than $500,000.
Recognized for his detail-oriented and analytical approach, Jim specializes in identifying value-add investment opportunities, controlling costs, mitigating risk, and negotiating favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and integrity in every transaction.
Jim is also known for his strong communication skills, hands-on management style, and commitment to helping property owners enhance asset performance while reducing operational challenges. His current focus is the acquisition and operation of 10- to 50-unit commercial multifamily properties.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jim has been married to his wife, Sharon, for more than 20 years. Together, they are proud parents of a son serving in the United States Coast Guard.
